I am pleased to write this letter of support to DataMicron.

The deployment of Performa from DataMicron has been successful. The product is very stable and it meets our users’ requirements. The product features are excellent and most important, they are user friendly. DataMicron’s Performa BI Suite has been centrally deployed to assist our management in the monitoring and decision making while allowing the key operational managers and users to monitor the daily operations. Being web based architecture, Performa definitely eases the deployment to all our branches. It requires minimal maintenance and support from the IT staff.

The level of support from DataMicron team has been very encouraging, and I appreciate their commitment in delivering a world class solution. Once again, I would not hesitate to recommend DataMicron and its products to other potential customers.
