On behalf of my IT department at Epson, I am pleased to write this letter of referral for DataMicron.
It has been three (3) years now that we have used DataMicron’s Performa BI Suite products at Epson. My team and I find DataMicron’s Performa to be very stable and easy to maintain. So far, we have close to 200 users for Performa at Epson and they find it very helpful and useful in the analysis of multidimensional data. We have also built quite a number of OLAP cubes and deploy it with Performa as the front- end BI solution.
We would definitely look into new products from DataMicron in the near future to complement the solution that we have purchased. Once again, I appreciate all the excellent commitment and support from the DataMicron team
