It is my pleasure to draft this letter for DataMicron.
It has been close to three (3) years now that we have used Performa from DataMicron in Time Reach. The users are very pleased with the features and functions of Business Intelligence solution in Performa and have helped them a lot in analyzing the data trend especially in identifying the critical areas that impact the business.
We, IS team feel that Performa has minimized our time in processing the strategic information and therefore we have sufficient time to focus in other IS area.
Last and not least, I am very thankful for the support and dedication from the DataMicron team. They have been very responsive and professional in the project implementation
